🎓 Scholarships

Program Purpose

Provide Scholarship Grants to qualified applicants who are pursuing post high school education or training at a recognized institution and will be enrolled in the upcoming academic year.

Scholarship Funds May Be Used For
📜
Certification or License
Professional certifications, licensing programs, and credentialing courses at accredited institutions.
🔧
Trade & Technical School
Vocational training, trade programs, and technical schools preparing students for skilled careers.
🎓
Two or Four-Year College
Community colleges, universities, and four-year institutions offering associate or bachelor's degrees.

National Program
National Marine Corps League Scholarship

In addition to the Department of Arizona scholarship, the Marine Corps League offers a national scholarship funded by the Marine Corps League Foundation. Eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for both programs to maximize their opportunity for funding.

Refer to the application for the full list of required supporting documents, which typically includes transcripts, proof of enrollment, and letters of recommendation.

Submit to Your Local Detachment or the Department
Deliver your completed application packet to your nearest MCL detachment, or contact the Department of Arizona directly via the contact page for submission instructions.

Await Review & Notification
Applications are reviewed by the Department scholarship committee. Applicants will be notified of decisions prior to the start of the upcoming academic year.
