I certify that I am currently serving or have served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for not less than 90 days and have earned the Eagle, Globe and Anchor; or have served in the USMC Reserve with no less than 90 Reserve Retirement Credit Points; or have served as a U.S. Navy FMF Sailor who earned the FMF Device or FMF Ribbon. I agree to provide proof of honorable service upon request. *

Who Can Join?

Regular Member

Active duty, reserve, or veteran Marines and Navy FMF Corpsman and Chaplains who served 90+ days honorably.

Associate Member

Anyone who supports the MCL but does not qualify for Regular membership. No DD-214 required.

Dual Member

A member of another MCL detachment who also wishes to join a local detachment.
